ViTech Corporation, is Pioneer in manufacturing’s proprietary design is based on a rubber/fabric outer case and elastomeric inner lipintegrally molded to form a leak-free bond. A stainless steel garter spring provides the correct interference with the rotating shaft for an effective seal.
ViTech Corporation, is Expertise and Experience in developing products for OEM and Plant application. More than 35% of Produce quantity is supplies to major of Cement Plant manufacturer, our major are FLS, KHD, Fives, Brevini, Lafarge ItalCementi, Holcim etc.
Heavy Duty Application
High-performance sealing
Extreme temperature durability
Heavy load sealing solution
Raw materials are blasted from the quarry.
Materials are loaded into dumpers.
Crushed materials are transported via conveyor.
The raw materials are finely ground to produce the raw mix.
The raw mix is preheated and burnt in the kiln at ~1500°C producing clinker, which is rapidly cooled with air fans.
The clinker and the gypsum are very finely ground giving a “pure cement”. Other secondary additives and cementations materials can also be added to make a blended cement.
The cement is stored in silos before being dispatched either in bulk or in bags to its final destination.
Kiln: Support Roller Application –Only Split is the solutions, previously customer was using felt packing, with few customer, converted will Split Seal.
Main G.B. Application: Due to heavy coupling and motor is install, its very difficult to replace the seal, for such app. We have convince our customer to go for Split design seal.
Prepare the shaft and housing for seal installation.
Place the seal halves around the shaft carefully.
Check alignment and tighten screws partially.
Put the end cover in position on the housing wall using screws. Tighten opposite screws together until the cover abuts the housing wall.
